Premium Coffee Company

I enjoyed the coffee here for a lot of years but the coffee quality has been getting inconsistent. I don’t live locally but shop here while coming through the area. The last purchase of 6 lbs of Toasted Nut Fudge whole bean is a total loss. I’ve bought this flavor many times for more than 10 years. The normal aroma is not here (the bags and beans actually have a chemical smell) the appearance isn’t dark with a sheen, the roast is uneven, the ground coffee is loaded with chaff, and tastes bad all around. I’ve called three times during business hours, twice going to voicemail with no return calls given, and once told management wasn’t available to handle the issue.

Wow!! BEST coffee!!! Had the iced Cinnamon Bun, its absolutely delicious! Didn't add any sweeteners, so good! Morgan helped me navigate the flavors, she was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I look forward to my next visit!

My favorite place to get coffee.. Morgan and Karen treat us like family...in fact they treat everyone that way. The right side sells take out coffees..the left side you an buy fresh beans or ground. They have so many awesome options. There is seating so you can relax...most times they have Vin Louies pizza slices available for lunch. They had fresh scones the other day and they were delicious. If you see Morgan or Karen..tell them Amy sent you. I guarantee you will love your coffee and service!

Coffee was really good but I did notice the use of coffee mate creamer which isn’t an ingredient I’d choose to have in a coffee. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The inside of the shop could be cozier

Upon entering the coffee shop, my nostrils were infused with such a pleasant smell - roasted coffee beans!! A variety of flavors to pick from and I was excited to see Hazelnut on the list. I tried a cold brew and it was very flavorful.
